Two months after Hurricane Maria makes landfall, Puerto Rico's shores are left without power and infrastructure continues to collapse. A mother calls her 10-year-old son, Junior, to fetch the medicine his grandfather desperately needs. Junior dons a blue cape, made from the tarp that covers the roof, to overcome obstacles on his journey and save his grandfather's life.
